Cancellations
If, for whatever reason, the order is cancelled, the deposit paid is non-refundable and additional charges will be levied if special orders have been made for materials or the if any work has been completed on the order. Once proofs have been approved, an order cannot be cancelled and payment in full is still required. All deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds & Returns
All our orders are handmade and are customised to the individual's requirements, therefore we regret that refunds cannot be given.
Appearance & Colours
Colours may vary slightly from the images shown on this website and as each item is individually handmade, no two will be the exactly the same.
Samples
Samples can be ordered at the prices indicated on the price list for each design. If you choose to order the same design as the sample, then the price of the sample will be refunded against an order of £50.00 or above.
